I would describe myself as a simple, and humble man… however...
I would describe my Art as “A loud and bold, splash of vibrant, strong, loose, strokes…. of Happy Heart, and Fun Expressions of pure…Big gobs of well placed paint…”

I am a poor man that uses paint like a rebel billionaire.  I have fun, if it looks good “right on” and if it doesn’t, I’ll just do another painting.

I was born in Kaysville, Utah where I live 1 block from where I was raised as a child.  Although I’m not very well traveled, I can be anywhere I want through my art. When I paint a European scene for example, I can literally smell the smells, and hear the sounds of the area.

As an artist, I am largely self-taught. I have had one college class taught by Jeff Fillin at Weber State.  I am a family man with 4 kids and 1 dog.  I describe myself as a “spiritual kind of guy”, big hearted, and funny.

I have fun painting…it makes me happy.
