Gordon Pottery

David Gordon creates earthy hand thrown "Horsehair Pottery". Horsehair, feathers, sawdust and sugar are applied to the pottery when it is removed from the kiln and still hot. Each piece has its own unique, random patterns of carbon trails and is hand burnished to a satin sheen. Horsehair pots complement any decor and are especially suited to southwestern color and design. David created his pottery at his home studio in New Mexico and sells only through galleries.
