Kayenta Street Painting festival is a weekend event that brings students and professional artists together to create a colorful chalk explosion. With the asphalt as a canvas and chalk as the medium, large painted murals will unfold at the feet of thousands of spectators. Not only will this collaborative event benefit the Kayenta Arts Foundation but it will also give local students and schools a chance to win a trophy and cash prizes for their school art department.
